An account is considered dormant if there has been no login, deposit, or betting activity for a continuous period of 12 months. x88bet reserves the right to apply a monthly inactivity fee of ৳200 to dormant accounts where a balance remains. Players will be notified by email prior to any fee being applied. Dormant account fees will not reduce an account balance below zero.
x88bet offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and this section, the promotion-specific term shall prevail.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a promotion's specific terms, all bonus funds awarded by x88bet are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or abuse any bonus or promotional offer — including but not limited to arbitrage betting, matched betting using bonus funds, coordinated multi-account bonus claiming, or any other strategy designed to circumvent wagering requirements — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. x88bet reserves the right to void all associated bets, confiscate bonus funds and any winnings derived from them, and permanently close the account of any player found to be engaging in bonus abuse.
All sports bets placed on x88bet are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport and market. Cricket markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, bilateral series, and domestic Bangladesh fixtures — are governed by the sports betting rules published in the x88bet Help Centre. In general: bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement; once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended; x88bet reserves the right to void any bet placed on an incorrect or erroneously priced market.

In the event of termination for cause, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited.
You may close your x88bet account at any time by contacting our support team through the Support page. Closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any withdrawable balance in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to standard verification procedures. Bonus funds that have not yet met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
Upon termination of your account for any reason, all rights granted to you under these Terms cease immediately.
